bauplan es una editorial independiente de ensayo de filosofía y ciencias sociales. Desde la publicación de nuestros primeros títulos, en noviembre de 2022, trabajamos con el propósito de acercar perspectivas críticas e investigación de vanguardia a un público amplio, curioso y exigente.
Aspiramos a ser un espacio abierto, reflexivo, a veces desafiante y siempre inspirador. Hacemos libros para llegar a la gente, y lo hacemos con cuidado, de manera honesta y consecuente con lo que somos y con cómo queremos que sea el mundo, sin ceder a modas, algoritmos ni agendas urgentes.
Nuestra propuesta se organiza en tres colecciones: esenciales, meta•polis y seriecero.
bauplan is an independent publishing house specializing in essays on philosophy and social sciences. Since the release of our first titles in November 2022, we have worked with the aim of bringing critical perspectives and cutting-edge research to a curious, discerning, and broad audience.
We aspire to be an open, reflective space—sometimes challenging, always inspiring. We make books to reach people, and we do so with care, honesty, and consistency with who we are and the world we want to see, without yielding to trends, algorithms, or urgent agendas.
Our catalogue is organized into three collections: «esenciales», «meta•polis», and «seriecero».
Con Anarquía, qué si no, de David Graeber, ponemos sobre la mesa la necesidad de volver a imaginar la política horizontalmente y con libertad. Graeber, uno de los pensadores más influyentes de las últimas décadas, logra con su estilo provocador y lúcido cuestionar las jerarquías que aceptamos como naturales y abrir horizontes a la organización colectiva, basados en el diálogo y la contraposición de posturas.
