Vaia Vaia es un evento que busca difundir la escena artística y creativa más desconocida de la ciudad de Lugo y de toda Galiza, a través de la cultura el fanzine. El objectivo de este encuentro no es otro que acoger durante un par de días una feria de autoedición y constituírse como una reunión pública y abierta a todo aquel que estea interesado en las publicaciones independientes y autogestionadas, ayudando a situar a Lugo como un referente artístico-cultural. Abrazamos lo amateur y abrimos las puertas a proyectos y personas que aún no se dieron a conocer o que nunca se atrevieron a participar en un evento de estas características. El mercadillo de fanzines es el punto de encuentro principal al redor del cual se organizan diversas actividades como talleres, exposiciones, charlas, mesas redondas, proyecciones, etc. abarcando contenidos que supongan sumergirse en la ilustración, la creación literaria, el grafismo y las artes visuales.
Vaia Vaia is an event that seeks to disseminate the most unknown artistic and creative scene in the city of Lugo and throughout Galicia, through the fanzine culture. The aim of this meeting is none other than to host a self-publishing fair for a couple of days and to become a public meeting open to anyone interested in independent and self-managed publications, helping to place Lugo as an artistic-cultural reference. We embrace the amateur and open the doors to projects and people who have not yet made themselves known or who have never dared to participate in an event of this kind. The fanzine market is the main meeting point around which various activities such as workshops, exhibitions, talks, round tables, projections, etc. are organised, covering contents that involve immersing oneself in illustration, literary creation, graphics and visual arts.
Fotozine A Ronda es un fanzine fotográfico realizado de forma colectiva durante la 2ª Edición del Vaia Vaia. La publicación usa como eje vertebrador la muralla de Lugo para crear nuevas visiones y perspectivas del elemento más característico de la ciudad.
